Since the participants and speakers in a web meeting share a single teleconference line, it is critical that every attendee follows the following protocols:

• Press mute button or *6 on your phone to reduce background noise. To talk, release the mute button or press another *6.

• Please do not put your phone on hold at anytime during the conference—the background music will cause distraction
