IWR Planning Suite Annualizer The annualizer is an automated software tool that is one of the modules of IWR Planning Suite software. It annualizes costs and benefits (monetary and non-monetary) based on user inputs regarding total costs/ benefits, period of analysis, discount rate, predicted ecological response rates, etc.
SAND Model This project was initiated as a way of documenting how much effort was required to construct a useful tool for the conduct of benefits assessments for significant ecosystem restoration project. The tool was developed with funding from the LaCPR project, and required about three demand weeks of effort for its initial construction and application. Funding from the EBA program was used to document the effort and identify key lessons learned. The models been subsequently improved through various efforts, and is available for application to other projects.
